Golden Milk Recipe
• 3 cups Flax Milk (the Original Good Karma brand is awesome!)
• 1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
• 1/4 tsp ground ginger
• 1 cinnamon stick (or 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon | I prefer the stick!)
• 1 Tbsp (15 g) coconut oil
• A pinch ground black pepper
• Sweetener of choice (i.e. maple syrup, date sugar, or honey)
Warm Flax Milk on the stove for 10 minutes. Add cinnamon and ginger while it warms and then remove. Wait until everything has cooled down a bit and then add your honey while it’s still warm. That will help the honey melt!
