Due to the sensitive nature of our specialized herbal and medicinal products, along with the possibility of contamination, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Our only exception to this rule is if your package is opened or destroyed in any way during transit. In this case, your return is only approved with visual proof of package damage sent within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, without visual proof sent within this deadline, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
