HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Due to the custom handmade nature of our products, Please allow 7-14 business days (Monday-Friday) on an average, for processing and shipping of some orders. 

Life Body Naturals is a privately owned and operated company, our items are currently produced in small quantities and not mass produced. 

 SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES CANNOT BE TRACKED ONCE IT LEAVES THE U.S. IT CAN TAKE AROUND 14 DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER INTERNATIONALLY ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. U.K. ORDERS ARE SOMETIMES NOT DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME IF CUSTOM FEES NEED TO BE PAID. YOU WILL HAVE TO PICK THEM UP AT THE POST OFFICE AFTER YOU PAY YOUR CUSTOM FEES.

We cannot rush any orders . All orders are on a first come, first served basis. We will try to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for your support.

Please keep in mind the nature of our business, each and every item is made by hand, not by a machine. We prepare the highest quality of herbs and that cannot be rushed. We always encourage our tribe to pay attention to when you’re running low on your herbs or body care products so you can get your orders in before you’re completely out. We are not responsible for items lost or redirected in shipping. 
We are not responsible for any custom charges for any order. We also have to accurately report the value of your order on custom documents. We are not allowed to falsify custom documents so custom fees will be lower. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ORDERS THAT WERE NOT PICKED UP FROM THE POST OFFICE DUE TO UNPAID CUSTOM FEES.

 

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

We cannot provide you with an email to a tracking number until your order has been fully processed and is ready for shipment. Once your order has been processed you will then receive an email with a tracking number. You most likely did not receive an email with a tracking number before 5-7 BUSINESS days AFTER you have placed your order.

I DIDN'T ENTER MY INFORMATION INCORRECTLY, WILL MY PACKAGE STILL GET DELIVERED? 

Incorrect address information will cause late deliveries of your package. If your package cannot be delivered it is returned to us via USPS and we will have to reship it to you. Unfortunately, this process takes longer than traditionally mailing a package. We cannot ship you your order until your package has been redelivered to us and then we can ship it out to you. If you are unsure if you entered in the right address information please email us your correct address as soon as possible and if your order has not already gone out for shipment we will change it. 

WHY WAS MY TRACKING INFORMATION NOT UPDATED?

Please check later because the shipping company needs time to update the information. You will not see updates on orders leaving the United States. Once you have received tracking information, PLEASE ALLOW 24 to 48hrs FOR TRACKING TO UPDATE. Once your package has been taken to the post office and is no longer in our possession USPS will need to be contacted if shipping information hasn’t been updated. 

MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED UNSUCCESSFULLY, WHAT CAN I DO? 

Please contact your local post office or the shipping courier directly ASAP with your tracking number.

WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SAID TO HAVE BEEN DELIVERED 

Please make sure an neighbor has not signed for your package or your package has not been left by your mailbox. If not please reach out to your local post office directly ASAP with the tracking number. We cannot help you until you reach out to your local post office and get more information. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT IN WHEN MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?

If you missed your package, please check with your local shipping company or postal office with the tracking number to pick up your parcel as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our care. Should your package be returned to us/or not returned to us because you provided an incorrect address, a partial address or you were not present to collect your package... ETC. We will not issue a refund for your entire product or products purchased including shipping cost "NON NEGOTIABLE"
Why? Because we cannot resale any items that are returned to us.

However if you request that we Re-Ship your item back out to you, you are responsible for shipping fees + rehandling fees. Why rehandling fees? Because your items are shipped to a completely different location. We would have to go to that location and retrieve your package then go through the process of shipping your item out all over again. We will invoice you the fee for Re-Shipment

Due to the nature of our business and products, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns on any of our products. Once you've made a purchase that has been processed and in our systems, we will not reverse any purchases for any reason.

If there is something that we've done wrong or incorrect on our behalf which concerns your purchase order we will take full responsibility. However you have 8hrs from the date and time of a purchase to let us know or on a delivery with tracking information to let us know if there are any issues. If you do not inform us of any issue with your order we will not assume or take any responsibility with your order.



It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a valid address at the time of purchase. If you need to change the shipping address for a particular order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and your new preferred shipping address. If the order has not yet been shipped, your order will be updated and shipped to the new address. Because we are a small company, if customer fails to provide the correct shipping address, Life Body Naturals is not responsible for lost merchandise.
