What is it?
Chamomile is a soothing herb that reduces anxiety and depression, as well as reduces inflammation in the body. For the skin, this herb helps to soothe and heal skin irritations such as eczema. It's no surprise that it also helps wounds heal faster! If you are suffering from insomnia, Chamomile is a great herb to drink before bed.

How to use?
Put 3-4 tablespoons of herb in an infusion bag and cover with boiling water in a mason jar to the very top. Allow the herb to sit for 8 hours, as this is the time it needs for the plant medicine to fully extract. Drink infusion 2-3 times a day for pain related issues.
